Blackjack isn't purely a game of chance. It's a blend of strategy, reading the situation and a touch of boldness — and that's exactly what makes it one of the most popular casino games worldwide, including among Malaysian players. At RM99, you can enjoy a variety of blackjack variants dealt by live dealers, with a clean and intuitive interface that's easy to navigate even if it's your very first time.
Many people assume blackjack is a complicated game. In reality, the basics are straightforward: get a card value closer to 21 than the dealer without going over. Numbered cards are worth their face value, picture cards (Jack, Queen, King) are worth 10, and an Ace can be worth either 1 or 11 depending on the situation. RM99 provides a quick in-platform guide so you never have to second-guess yourself during play.
What sets RM99 Blackjack from other platforms is the quality of experience we deliver. Our dealers are trained professionals who run every game with fairness and transparency. Each round is recorded and can be reviewed should any dispute arise. Our RNG system has also been independently audited to ensure every card dealt is fully randomised.
For experienced players, RM99 offers VIP tables with higher betting limits and a more exclusive atmosphere. You can wager up to RM5,000 per hand at our VIP tables, complete with dedicated dealer service and priority seating. This is more than just a game — it's a premium experience you truly deserve.
For accessibility, RM99 lets you play blackjack any time from your smartphone. Our platform is fully optimised for both Android and iOS, including over mobile data. No separate app download required — just open your browser, log in, and start playing in under a minute.
For deposits, RM99 supports all Malaysian local payment methods. You can top up your balance via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow as well as online banking through FPX such as Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. The minimum deposit is just RM10, and your winnings can be withdrawn within minutes.
Another great advantage of playing blackjack at RM99 is the ongoing rewards programme. Every hand you play earns loyalty points that can be redeemed for free credits, cashback, or an upgrade to VIP status. The more you play, the more you benefit. Check out the VIP Rewards to find out more about this exclusive programme.
RM99 also believes that responsible gaming is just as important as playing to win. We provide limit-setting tools, self-exclusion options, and responsible gambling resources to help you stay in control. Enjoy the game, but always make sure it stays a healthy form of entertainment.
Get familiar with these basic rules before you sit down — it only takes a few minutes.
Get your hand value closer to 21 than the dealer's. If you go over 21 (bust), you lose automatically regardless of the dealer's hand.
Cards 2–10 are worth their face value. Jack, Queen and King are each worth 10. An Ace can count as either 1 or 11, depending on what's best for your hand.
Hit means request an additional card. Stand means keep the current value. You can do this as many times as you like until you're satisfied or bust.
Double your original bet after receiving your first two cards, on the condition that you may only draw one additional card. This is the optimal strategy when your hand totals 9, 10, or 11.
If your first two cards are of equal value, you can split them into two separate hands, each with a bet matching your original wager. This effectively doubles your chances of winning.
Drawing an Ace plus a 10-value card on your first two cards is natural blackjack. Payouts at RM99 are 3:2 — the best return you can get on a single hand.
Basic blackjack strategy isn't a magic formula, but it helps you make statistically sound decisions in common situations. Here's a straightforward guide based on your hand value versus the dealer's face-up card:
| Your Hand Value | Dealer Shows 2–6 | Dealer Shows 7–9 | Dealer Shows 10 / Ace |
|---|---|---|---|
| 8 or below | Hit | Hit | Hit |
| 9 | Double Down | Hit | Hit |
| 10 or 11 | Double Down | Double Down | Hit |
| 12 – 16 | Stand | Hit | Hit |
| 17 or above | Stand | Stand | Stand |
The strategies above are general guidelines. Your final decision depends on the actual situation and your own playing style.
